David has been simply superb in his guidance and contract oversight of a fairly substantial and complex building extension I undertook. He is extremely knowledgeable; always ready to help and find a solution; pragmatic in his advice; and fair in his judgments. He took over contract management at short notice, took away all the stress from me and simply got on with the job at hand. He is a great communicator and an extremely decent bloke. Couldn't have asked for any more and wholeheartedly recommend him!
